How to use
Starting at the base of your lashes, wiggle the Urban Decay Perversion Mascara wand through to the tips, layering until you reach your desired 8x volume, length and curl, then allow to dry; for best results, apply to clean, dry lashes and remove easily at the end of the day with your usual eye makeup remover.
